Bangkok Week 721 — Mika's Photos

The Songkran long weekend continues, as does Arlo’s school break. But have no fear, it’s a busy week nonetheless: Arlo goes ice skating for the very first time… and then a second time! He does his first Easter Egg hunt! We (attempt to) dye Easter Eggs. We track down a delicious new donut shop right in our own back yard. And Little Lucy turns one month old! (And spoiler: she’s not so little anymore!)

Enjoying the last day of the Songkran holiday with Granny & Grandpa.

Preparing for Easter! Arlo's first endeavor dying eggs!

It's Easter morning! Arlo wastes no time diving into the much-anticipated Easter Egg hunt!

Then we're all off on a very important mission...

... to locate the gourmet donuts that are supposedly sold in our Moo Baan!

It's a hot, treacherous journey. But Lucy is up for the task!

The donuts are sold in One Ounce for Onion cafe; Arlo and Dad wait outside.

They have a Picturepedia-esque book that Arlo enjoyed.

Mission successful! Donuts procured and returned home safely.

Time to dig in!

Arlo approves! Generous amounts of delicious fresh cream, and fresh donut pastry.

But the true mark of goodness? Grandpa approves, too! Happy Easter!

Lucy's not sure what all the fuss is about.

It's Granny, Arlo, and K. Noi, baking fresh Italian lunch for everyone.
