Bangkok Week 813

Aww, it’s Grandpa’s last few days in Bangkok. So we’re busy getting in the last swims, last meals, last outings. And we had a nice visit with friends… oh, and the giant beanbags finally arrived!

It's Friday, so that means Lucy's swimming. Both Granny and Grandpa came to watch...

It's the 20th! Lucy turns 1 year and 10 months today.

And if today wasn't busy enough, Arlo has swimming at 2:15 as usual.

Arlo *finally* just finished the lollipop from the Toronto Zoo!

And washing the dusty blue car. It's pretty easy with this spacious driveway.

Even post-nap, the beanbag is still a novelty.

And then it's pool time. How long are these noodles that they need 2 people to carry them?!

Lucy is very proficient in the big pool with the help of her noodle.

Nothing like fresh sticky rice to help warm up after a cold swim.

Tub time! A new weekend ritual.

Someone wants to sleep *on* her new beanbag tonight.

Starting the morning with some good books...

At the park! We haven't been to Benjasiri park in a long time!

Pretty sure Lucy was on this swing for at least 25 minutes.

This paddle is brand new: the one that only started to sprout when we moved in. And many new ones in the background. Seems they are thriving here.

Looks like this guy will be blooming again soon, too.

Arlo found another chrysalis at school! What are the odds?

Wasting no time showing off his new flowering plant after he gets home.

And (briefly) helping Granny with the chocolate chip cookies she promised to bake.

No convincing needed to help eat them though!
