Bangkok Week 700

Week 700! Another hundredfold milestone! Although this is literally a short week (we’ve moved part of Thursday into Week 701), it was still packed full of activities for our social butterfly: swimming, a visit to P’Kate's new house, and even an attempt at Messy Play!

Very enthusiastic about kicking today!

Getting better at diving onto the noodle and kicking.

He much preferred to play downstairs with all the toys.

One bonus of going to Messy Play: got to walk back behind a cement mixer.

On Sunday, Arlo got to visit P'Kate at her now house. Here, she shows him a giant snail.

Arlo's almost the same hight as her.

Arlo also helped to finish hanging the Christmas ornaments in their trees outside.

Arlo still hasn't decided whether he'll share his volleyball.

P'Kate is showing Arlo her tree and asking Arlo to please not shake the tree.

Arlo gave P'Kate a copy of the "little helpers and the red button" for her birthday.

Poor Arlo couldn't keep up with P'Kate's speed. I think he made 1 match in the time it took her to match the rest.

He did better with the vehicles.

Although he didn't understand what the rush was all about!

After the rains let up, the sun came out, and there was time to run around once more.

Arlo felt at home by the time we had to leave.

We have 4 solid pumpkin sprouts now. (These need to be repotted soon.)

Monkey Arlo realized he can drink water from his plate. So here we are.

Arlo's getting good at opening the straws attached to his milk cartons.
