Welcome to a Songkran Holiday, COVID Edition, Season 2, Part 1 edition of our photos. What was meant to be a week of water parks, zoos, and other day trips turned into the adoption of Bella the Dog!

Arlo begins this week practicing his stacking skills...

Dad's eating a peanut butter sandwich; Arlo's not sure why he only has ice.

Today marks the first of the 3 official Songkran holidays.

Arlo likes his new shirt; don't you, too?

This is why we needed a wardrobe change, however.

But first, one photo with all the Songkran shirts on.

And mopping up the floor, while he's at it.

Today (Songkran + Arlo is running a fever) calls for a new taxi!

But silly Mum. Arlo can't have just one new taxi...

And having some ice cream, since that's all he would eat.

Arlo's gotten good at connecting his train tracks.

Arlo turns 19 months today. Time to measure up!

Arlo doesn't know what's in store for him this morning.

It's a meet-and-greet with Bella.

Uh-oh! Looks like she got in the car with us!

Arlo is wondering how we ended up in this situation.

And this is how things looked by the time we got back to our house.

Bed for Bella? Arlo thinks not!

Well then, this couch will have to do.

Not quite sure about this new house yet.

Arlo's sizing up this new housemate too.

Meanwhile: our Heliconia continues to open up.

Arlo practices his driving skills with Dad... who can't see the road ahead because of the big hair blocking his vision.

Arlo found another sticker to work on.

The next morning, just checking in with Bella to make sure everything is okay.

Yup, nose is still there.

A little morning kiss.

A little sheepish after that kiss?

Then at long last, we made it up to Phanphirom Park for a mid-morning visit.

It's a surprisingly well-maintained, surprisingly green urban park.

Other than those gardeners in the background, we were literally the only ones there. So Arlo's rightly walking around like he owns the place.
